The Sons of Champlin have always been one of my favorite bands. Bill Champlin's inspired song-writing and vocals have been an influence on me and many others. The band came by the KTHX studio one morning for a fifteen minute segment that went so well it stretched into one of the finest full hour shows I hosted on live radio. When Bill Champlin isn't playing with the Sons, he can be seen in his other group “Chicago”.
